A culture building that draws the city square inward and lifts circulation to the roof.
Meydan Culture Centre runs the city's everyday movement straight through the building. The ground floor is arranged like a street; foyer, cafe and gallery flow together without doors.
A system of concentric ramps carries visitors to an open-air amphitheatre on the roof. This rising circle is the structural and experiential spine of the building.
The material palette is deliberately narrow — cast-in-place concrete, oak and glass. Light moves through circular roof openings, marking the space across the day.
Meydan Culture Centre
